Elzette is amazing! She's been in constant touch with me through whatsapp and email, finding me all my items. She even pulled items from various stores, snapped extra pics and manually invoiced me. I was a long time customer at RISELKA LADIES BOUTIQUE in cresta mall until a year ago due to my retirement. During this time I purchased many overseas & very costly imported garments plus shoes. My gripe is with the ONE PAIR OF HOTTER SANDALS (UK) purchased in 2021 sometime. I found to my horror that the inner platform sole thatbfits into the base has started coming AWAY FROM THE BASE at the toe area. I have wirked in the clothing & textile industry forv40 plus yrs & as such I am very aware of the quality required for the overseas market consumers. It is of an exceptional high standard & as such the garments plus shoes can bevwirn fir many years successfully. Because of this oroblem I aporiached the manager if the ROSELLA STORE IN CRESTA & was later informed that there was nithing that could be done as the shoescwere purchased 2 yrs ago. I am fed up & most annoyedvas I was told that THEREVHAVE BEEN NO ITHERVRETURNS OF THIS SANDAL & THAT I AM THE ONLY ONE!!!! How insulting when one pays top prices to wear such merchandise & brands due to their quality. I intend to take up my complaint with HOTTER IN THE UK š¬š§ & as such get sone kind of satisfaction that when purchasing at theseborices one can do so knowing that it is MONEY WELL SPENT & not of cheap quality. The whole attitude towards the customer is totally disrespectful & non chalant. I hope that in these trying times when money is so hard to come by that they will come to the rapid realisation that this is NOT HOW TO TREAT A VALUABLE & RELIABLE CUSTOMER.

The Rosella at Brooklyn Mall is one of my favourite clothing boutique stores. I shop there quite often. On 23 June 2023, I had a pleasant shopping experience and I was assisted well by the store manager. I went again on 27 June to purchase pants and the experience was the total opposite. The pants I wanted to purchase were marked down but the sales lady by the name of Tumi claimed the item wasn't on sale even though the tag was marked down. When I enquired about the tag and what she was saying she proceeded to raise her voice at me and started shouting. Even after the manager was called she proceeded to be rude and crass and spoke I'll about her manager while at the same time shouting at me. A buying customer.

<p>My wife has been one of the dressmakers fro Rosella Cresta just on 4 years.<br />She suffered a Stoke Ā last year November, which I contribute to her passion for dress making and alterations which she was doing for Rosella's customers, whenever the other dress maker could not do, and what did my wife get?Ā </p> <p><br />My wife was always available when the staff would phone over weekends (Saturday & Sunday)and would work till 02h00 in the morning Ā just to satisfy Rosella client, who would not have made the purchase, if my wife was not there.</p> <p>No frustration is that my wife went into the store today, 28 Feb 17, and the manger treated her with disrespect, and arrogance by telling her tht she was not needed anymore, claiming they had another lady who could do what she did.</p> <p>Instead of Nicolene been greatful, thankful andĀ appreciative of what my wife had done for Rosella CreastaĀ all those years, she made my wife feel really hurt and worthless, depite all my wife had done for them.</p> <p>The store and staff have never shown appreciation, despite the fact that on many ocassions without my wife, the store would not have made the saleĀ </p> <p>I do not believe that Nicolene has managerial expertise, and needs to be taught to how to treat everyone Ā like a customer is treated,and she has an opition of herself which actually stinks.</p> <p>Maybe had she shown compassion and thanked my wife, it would be differentĀ </p> <p>I am disgusted at her attitude and actions, that she could hurt my wife and think nothing of it?</p> <p>Ā </p>
