Can I kindly give flowers to Mr Mike Pashut of Change Cars, who is never too big or too busy to respond to car-related issues involving some of the biggest dealers in the motoring industry. At 20h50 in the evening, I sent him a WhatsApp message regarding a vehicle issue I was experiencing with a major motor group. In less than 3 minutes, he rep****, listened to my concerns, and immediately contacted the Group CEO, who then promised to resolve the matter. I want to assure the public that this gentleman truly puts his money where his mouth is. In a world where customer service is often lacking, it is refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares and takes action. Thank you, Mr Pashut, for your professionalism, humility, and willingness to help ordinary people.
"I am writing to express my disappointment with SA Homeloans' customer service. Following my previous post detailing their inadequate response, it has been more than two weeks without any communication from their team. I find their PR efforts to be misleading, and I hope they will take concrete steps to address these issues."
I had the most horrible service from Subashnee Naidoo. An application that I was told will take 3 days ended up taking 10 days before I got irritated and cancelled the application. She is never at work and on days that she is at work, she doesn't answer emails or her phone. She truly is *********** which makes me doubt if she is a good fit for the Company
These crooks took my R7500 with a promise that they were gonna get me injectors for my Ford Ranger 3.0 TDCi. They now not answering their phones nor are they replying to my Whatsapp messages. Louis and Beatrice, Ur both a bunch of crooks and having read some of the reviews, it seems like U making a very bad name for Urselvess. I'm coming up to see U personally in the days coming. Dont think that Maritzburg is in Italy.
This company and its employees must all go jump into a pit. They're a bunch of incompetent and annoying people who think they're the law into themselves. Rather than helping people sort out their finance matters, they prolong the process by not willing to help people who want to settle their accounts. They are a greedy company.
We have home/building insurance with Nedbank underwritten by Auto and General. They have the most pathetic service ever. We have been sitting with a claim from 2015 that has never been honoured and once again we put in a claim for something else over 2 weeks ago. The assessors (Das Northern Natal) have not come to our property to assess the problem even though they had sent an sms to say they're coming for assessment. When U call them (assessors), they don't answer their fone and when U call Auto and General, they simply say they will look into the matter and never get back to U.
The SA Home Loans department has the most useless unhelpful and inadequate staff. This rubbish service I got to experience when my solar geyser burst in the early morning on a Saturday earlier this month. I called their emergency number and after not even trying a girl by the name of Matlali told me they had no plumbers to assist me. Needless to say I had no water and a house full of guests that whole entire weekend. Some 4 to 5 days later and after a couple of plumbers had been sent by SAHL and were unable to fix the geyser. SAHL gave me authorization so to say to get my own plumber to fix the problem. He was in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes and finally my family and I were able to enjoy a warm bath again. I tried to claim the money back and over 2 weeks ago and they still have the nerve to charge me R750 excess when their useless plumbers couldn't assist me at a time of emergency let alone fix my geyser. The useless employer at SAHL insurance is Darshen N and to date he has been unable to process my claim and doesn't return my emails or my calls. I've also tried to escalate the matter to a Supervisor but somehow I'm blocked by their employees who say they will fix the matter but nothing. I am fed up because this is my 2nd claim with SAHL insurance and twice I wasn't able to get help. I wanna cancel this insurance policy with immediate effect.
A Miway client that was coverd for 3rd party liability insurance crashed into my car one fateful evening. Their client called his friends who came in the scene and assaulted me and my elderly parents to which we all sustained very serious injuries. I submitted a claim to Miway for recourse to have my vehicle claimed and they repudiated the 3rd party claim without a valid reason or atleast a reason that was thoroughly explained to me. I lost my car that fateful night and 6 months later I catch 4 taxis to work and back. I have even signed a final written warning for always being late for work as U can't really rely on the taxis to get U to work on time even though U are always early
I would like to complain about the sub standard service I have experienced with Santam Direct. I called Santam Direct for car and household insurance in July. After speaking with the officer I was e mailed a copy of the schedule to peruse and object if there are any items I was unhappy with. I called back a few days after to amend the section of Replacement of keys. I was told that the gentleman I had taken the insurance with was on leave and someone else would call me back with regards. To date no one has called me back. On the 29th of July a few days before this insurance was to commence, I had an emergency at home and I needed to use the money that was for the insurance premium. I spoke to a lady by the name of Wendy and she promised to postpone the 1st debit order to 1 September and assured me that the relevant department would call me back. Needless to say that on the 2nd August, my account was debited and my account was overdrawn as a result and I had incurred a penalty with my bank for a returned debit order. I tried calling Santam to find out what had happened and asked them to pay back the fees that I had incurred with my bank as a result of their negligence or systems. I was told that someone would call me back with regards and needless to say that no one has called me back.
I made an enquiry on a funeral policy for my grandmother from an Assupol agent Mr. Andile Mbatha in Pietermaritzburg. After realising that they were more expensive than the other companies, I made it clear to Mbatha that I will not be taking out the policy with Assupol. It was in mid July when I went through my payslip that I discovered that I suddenly had an Assupol policy. (August)I went to the Assupol office in Pietermaritzburg and spoke to a Mr Zondi who told me he was the 2nd in charge. He called the Agent Mbatha to verify my claims and Mbatha promised to come and see me the following day at work. Because Mbatha knew that he fraudulently took the policies out under my name, he never came back. I called Zondi again to check up on the matter and he promised to follow the matter up, which to date he has never called back. (so much for an Assupol Manager taking responsibility). I escalated the matter to Assupol head office and on the 21st of September and I have been in contact with Lwanda Gwabeni at Assupol. I was rather disappointed at the lethargic manner in which they were "handing" this matter. Besides just 2 emails, theres has never been any action from Assupol in dealing with this serious matter as im reporting a fraud case by their agent. This brings me to the conclusion that they condone fraudulent business by their agents so that they can make money. In the mean time, I still have these deductions from my hard earned salary going to Assupol.
