I would like to commend Michael Pashut of ChangeCars for his outstanding assistance with a long-standing issue with my vehicle. I purchased a BAIC X55 and within three months, the vehicle started giving problems. I initially engaged with Group 1 Midrand dealership, but after ongoing back-and-forth with no meaningful progress, I escalated the matter to MIOSA in the fourth month. To date, MIOSA has not resolved the issue. Group 1 further insisted on fixing the car against my request for a replacement or refund. Michael handled my case with urgency with the Group 1 CEO and within a week, my concerns were raised with BAIC South Africa is now willing to offer me a deal to assist in resolving the matter, together with Group 1 Midrand.
