Unprofessional
When a problem arises management withdraw their services to take the easy way out. Unfortunately owner withdrew services before they could pay the full amount that I wanted to claim from them. Therefor full commitment was not honoured. Only R1066 was paid for a much bigger amount that was due on damaged caused to our big sliding door with expensive artwork on. That with using their weat eater incorrectly and not telling us about the damage done. Footage can be supplied of the incident.

15 Jan 2022, 11:44Jinga Services Update: insurance did not pay fir artwork and we had a big access to pay. Out of R7500 they only paid R3500. Jinga gave R1066 and stopped their services. We had to employ someone to carry on with garden, which will cost us R1200. So it cost us R1034 out of our own pockets. You can decide if you would use services of people that does not take full responsibilty when a problem arises and sieze their servics over whatsapp with immediate effect. Proof can be provided of all of this.
