Bad Service for customers

I have left our current rental through Diamond estates on 31st January 2016.<br> It has taken 2 weeks for Angie Koekemoer at Diamond Estates to report back on a immaculately clean & painted unit.<br> <br> Be aware that they are quick to take your deposit but when it comes to getting your money back there is no urgency. Even though they say this is when they will report back I think it is unnecessarily long process!<br> <br> I have paid my rent on time & in full without question while renting & I'm not sure how much money all the other people have but paying a deposit on a new place while waiting for your old deposit is extremely difficult & I just don't have that much money lying around.<br> <br> Get a better system & start realizing you are dealing with normal people!<br> It is unfair to sit with my deposit while I can't even buy food.<br> <br>
