Terrible Management! Won't release DEPOSIT!

Diamond Estates, managed a property that I was renting from within the contract it states that they will pay back the deposit within 60 days. However, it has been 69 days where I have not received my rental deposit back, they do not respond to emails and do not give an update when they will send back the money.<br> <br>
