JIYANE ATTORNEYS BAD SERVICE

JIYANE ATTORNEYS ARE SCAMMERS – I consulted Nontsikelelo Jiyane of Jiyane Attorneys and instructed them to draft a Trust Deed and a Will on my behalf on the 14th July 2021. I was quoted an amount of R6800.00. I was informed that it takes 7 – 10 working days to draft the deed. I then instructed them to proceed and I made my payment in two parts. The first 50% was paid at the end of July 2021 and the balance was paid at the end of August 2021. Months passed by without hearing from them and I only heard from them again on the 14th October 2021 after following up. Nontsi’s excuse was covid contact cases. We scheduled an appointment to sign on the 29th of October 2021 and on the day of the appointment, Nontsi sent me a text to re-schedule informing me that she was held up in court. I never heard from her again and sent follow-up emails regarding my appointment, to no response. She eventually sent the trust documents on the 17th December 2021 but the draft Will was missing. I informed her that I would only sign when I received ALL documents as agreed between us when we contracted. Her firm closed for the Christmas holidays and my next follow up was on the 10th January 2022. Nontsi informed me that her firm had not yet opened and that she would attend to my matter upon her return to the office. Again, I never heard from her until the 02nd of February 2022 regarding the trust and draft Will and from hereon out, she stopped all communication with me. She doesn’t answer my calls and e-mails. More than a year later, the work contracted has not been completed and Jiyane Attorneys has been paid in full. Their work is less than satisfactory and their client services are even more shocking! I demand my refund! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!! You will lose your money!!
