I have never in my life had such unprofessional engagement with a call centre agent . as much as they are debt collectors it gives them no right to treat us as if we are not human beings .just cos I have a debt of 2400 with them give them no right at all to speak to me in that manner .siyabonga and kopano must not speak to customers as they don't know anything about customer services at all but only care about getting a commission out of that call they made. they im telling them I want to arrange that starting this month 500 can be debited as Im willing to pay.yoh they threatened me saying I I don't pay this 500 in 48h they will come to reposes an after that take to court ,I asked why and they said its coz I want to do things my way .yoh those guys where horrible they even speak tsotsi language .pls take them off the phone they should not speak to people. i am so angry now I don't even know what to do.i called back and spoke to their manager who assisted me with no hassles there is now an arrange ment in place.so why did I have to experience their horrible service if their manager helped me without any hassles? thank manager .but those guys are not ok please.
