I would like to take this opportunity thank terato mothobeki from fnb life funeral claims regarding policy number FI3963265 ,we had problems regarding sending docs but when we finally did they were very quick to assist ,they came through for me just in time for me to do the things needed
I have never in my life had such unprofessional engagement with a call centre agent . as much as they are debt collectors it gives them no right to treat us as if we are not human beings .just cos I have a debt of 2400 with them give them no right at all to speak to me in that manner .siyabonga and kopano must not speak to customers as they don't know anything about customer services at all but only care about getting a commission out of that call they made. they im telling them I want to arrange that starting this month 500 can be debited as Im willing to pay.yoh they threatened me saying I I don't pay this 500 in 48h they will come to reposes an after that take to court ,I asked why and they said its coz I want to do things my way .yoh those guys where horrible they even speak tsotsi language .pls take them off the phone they should not speak to people. i am so angry now I don't even know what to do.i called back and spoke to their manager who assisted me with no hassles there is now an arrange ment in place.so why did I have to experience their horrible service if their manager helped me without any hassles? thank manager .but those guys are not ok please.
I am so angry right now and I know no one will give a damn about my feelings . I have been struggling with wesbank since December when I call to inform them im getting paid earlier they were of no assistance of which I ended up defaulting. since then they have not been debiting my acc I calli every month asking why and making sure I transfer to them paying them manual and paying extra to try and recover the arrears coz they don't debit. .this month on the 24 I called them wanting to know whats gonna happen this month .the agent nala said I must do a transfer as they will not debit my acc this month ,he assured me my acc will only be debited on the 27 april and told me I must do a transfer for this month as I had been doing .my instalment is 2282 I transferred 2800 paying more towards my arrears as I do every month .on the 30 march another 2282 was debited by wesbank ,a total of more that 5000 causing my other debits to return since as we speak I am in a mess coz of them,now they telling me the will not bring my money back and they will take all the arrears by force and give whats due back.and what about my other debits and the chargers that I will suffer ,food transport
I have been having some extreme difficult finance problem and I have been behind with my payments for quote some time.wesbank was not at fault for coming to take my car I accept full responsibility for that.but I find the method of it very disturbing ,firstly a trace shows up at my work wanting my car keys,of which I fully co operated .on his advise ,he told me that they will hold my car until I settle and it must be in 30 days.i asked him can I arrange to pay the same day as I was going to make phone call to my family for assistance. He said if I can pay the full owning amount which was 4900 I can get my car back the same day.<br> I managed to raise the money from my family members and made the call to wesbank legal department .I spoke to reabetswe who the told me a different story saying my car is being held at some store and it wont be released until Monday and that they will be storage cost and some other fees that I will have to pay.i ashked for the amount she cud not help me as she didn't know what the amount was.i will have to waut till Monday.so meaning I will have to pay for storage for 3 night because no one can help me and tell me the amount so I can pay and collect..
