Your public statement is false, misleading and defamatory.
I did not “pass myself off” as a legal advisor. I sent correspondence on behalf of Autonox in relation to a genuine freight claim involving JKJ Express, Autonox and FreightGuard. The correspondence clearly identifies the claim as Claim Number JKJ00023783 and Consignment Number 6042376JKJ.
It is also false to suggest that I refused to disclose my connection to the matter. The email correspondence was sent in the context of Autonox’s claim and expressly referred to Autonox accepting JKJ’s commercial settlement offer. The correspondence was signed on behalf of Autonox.
JKJ’s own director confirmed in writing that the directors had decided to offer a commercial settlement, that the settlement would be paid directly by JKJ, and that salvage collection would be required before payment. That written record contradicts the public implication that the matter was fabricated, baseless, or unrelated.
Your review against Hit Solutions Mauritius is not a genuine customer review. It is an attempt to attack me personally and damage a separate business by misrepresenting private claim correspondence involving Autonox. You have published my name, made a serious allegation that I impersonated a legal advisor, and created a false impression that Hit Solutions Mauritius acted improperly.
I demand that this review be removed immediately. All rights are reserved, including rights arising from defamation, ******** publication of personal information, and reputational harm.

I refer to the Hellopeter review published against Hit Solutions Mauritius, in which you allege that I “falsely left reviews” and “passed [myself] off as a legal advisor.”
Your statement is false, misleading, and defamatory.
For clarity, I sent correspondence on behalf of Autonox in relation to a genuine freight claim involving JKJ Express, Autonox, and FreightGuard. The matter concerned Claim Number JKJ00023783 and Consignment Number 6042376JKJ. The email trail shows that the correspondence related to Autonox’s claim, not to any personal claim by me and not to any customer experience involving Hit Solutions Mauritius.
It is also false to suggest that I “passed myself off as a legal advisor.” I did not claim to be an attorney, legal practitioner, or legal representative. I corresponded in a commercial capacity on behalf of Autonox regarding a freight claim and settlement discussion.
Your public statement also omits material facts. JKJ’s own director confirmed in writing that JKJ’s directors had decided to offer a commercial settlement, that the settlement would be paid directly by JKJ, and that salvage would be required before payment. Autonox accepted that commercial settlement. Despite this, you published a review against Hit Solutions Mauritius, a separate business, and created the false impression that Hit Solutions Mauritius was involved in misconduct. That is not a genuine consumer review. It is a retaliatory and reputational attack arising from a private freight dispute involving Autonox.
Your publication ********ly harms my personal reputation and the commercial reputation of Hit Solutions Mauritius. Under South African common law, a published statement that wrongfully and intentionally injures another person’s reputation may constitute defamation.
