I would highly recommend using JKJ Express as a courier service for anyone seeking excellence, safe and timeous deliveries, and consistently great service.

Jeremys False review of JKJ Express
This is a response to the false review given by Jeremy relating to damage to garage doors consigned by JKJ Express. This claim had nothing to do with Jeremy who is based in Mauritius and sent a threatening letter to JKJ Express and FreightGuard who are the appointed claims administrators of JKJ Express. When challenged, Jeremy refused to disclose how he was related to this claim. The facts are the customer who logged the claim had previously been informed by JKJ Express that their packaging was woefully inadequate and that their freight would be refused by JKJ Express unless they addressed their packaging issues. Nevertheless the customer collected his freight and signed the proof of delivery. The garage doors were wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and single wall cardboard outer carton. The cheapest way possible which would never have afforded these doors any protection. JKJ Express has one of the lowest claims ratios of the dozens of freight companies we administer claims for and it is unfortunate that an ************ person can leave a review that does nor represent the whole truth.

Extremely disappointed with JKJ Express
Our experience with JKJ Express has been extremely disappointing. They damaged our shipment and then rejected the claim. Despite us paying for insurance, they took no accountability. Their justification was a "clean POD" and claims of "poor packaging", but this was done without a proper, independent assessment. This is not the first time we've experienced damage to our goods during transit with them. We are currently escalating the matter through formal complaint channels. In our view, this reflects a lack of responsibility and poor customer service. If you’re looking for a company that takes ownership when things go wrong, we would not recommend JKJ Express based on our experience. This is our honest opinion, shared in the public interest to help others make informed decisions.

JKJ Express - one of the worst couriers in SA!
Stay away from this courier service! Broken solar panels on shipment - they claim the packaging was insufficient. Why do they accept a shipment if it's not adequately packaged? Now the receiver (that was not aware of poor packaging) that pays for the shipment suffers all the loss. Not worth while doing business with these chaps!

WOW!!! We get the BEST service each time!!! We changed our T&C's. Our clients will only make use of JKJ Express for any pic-up and delivery. Some of our clients insisted to make use of other companies and the products that they ordered and received were damaged in transit. Therefore we re-written our T&C's. Debbie Richards (Kempton Park Branch) is soooooo friendly and help full. We get our quotations in record time. THANK YOU JKJ EXPRESS AND DEBBIE FOR A SUCSEFULL RELATIONSHIP AND SERVICE WITH "ONS GLAS WATER"!

Fast service, affordable and friendly staff
Fast service, affordable and friendly staff. A bit of a communication problem, would appreciate if the booking and tracking process was easier. All live lizards I have couriered arrived safely without issues. I recommend them but would appreciate faster tracking and more detailed booking and tracking feedback
