This is what real customer service is all about.

I had to go to JKM indistrial supplies because I needed a few small specialised nout & bolts to fix a unit I have on my workbench. When I got home, one of the items I ordered wasn't in the packet. (Arather essential set of nyloc nuts). I called them and despite the fact that this was about R1.00worth of nuts, they drove about 14km to deliver them to me. That is going above and beyond the level of service that I expect from anybody. I often recommend them to friends who need specialised nut & bolts, and now Iwill recommendthem even harder. Great service.
