Order placed including 60% deposit paid to JLG Projects on 14 December 2018 to install an electric fence on a roof.
Several follow-up requests done via email and telephone on the 18th , 19th & 20th of December as to when the installation will be done. Feedback on each of these requests were “May we please advise you in the morning , when we have a meeting with the technicians”.
Only after order was cancelled on 20th Dec 2018 due to no feedback or commitment from JLG Projects, they then only communicated with us and apologise profusely as to giving them a last chance as they won’t disappoint us.
Request from us was to refund the deposit paid on 14 Dec 2018. AGAIN after several attempts, JLG Projects promises every time that money will be paid by “today” and going on for the last 2 weeks. Leaving a message for Peter from management or trying his cellphone doesn’t help as he will not answer his phone or return your call.
No commitment, many promises and exceptional poor service of this nature cannot be accepted nor tolerated. Be informed and warned!
