Last year around October I bought a Land that was advertised on FB in Bedworth Park, Vereeniging. The Sales Agent that was assisting me his name is Thabo Mokhorome. The Agent then sent me to sign the documents in Three Rivers at 133 General hertzog street three rivers. “Scheepers and Jtk GROUP OF ATTORNEYS”. Till today I haven't received any transfer documents and all their number are no longer available. These are their contact number 069 262 8775/0838159328 and Thabo the Sales Agent's numbers are 0825226203 Tmokhorome@gmail.com. I've been to their so called offices and no one is there.

Attorney complain
I have a pending case for Raf since 2012, my lawyer Musa Baloyi is not pushing my case at all, he keeps on sending me emails that he app**** for court case since 2018. I have been following up my case by myself each time I wanted to know progress of my case, the only money I received was for loss of income in 2018, but as for general damages it's an ongoing fight, I had a shoulder fracture and wrist fracture, in 2018 I had to do another operation at Life Groenkloof because my shoulder was giving me problems, I then after that send him my medical statement for the surgery/ operation that I did, and the surgeon who operated me contacts ND emails, for further info that he might need. All my medical records are with him from the first operation to the last one, until then I don't get any feedback I have to call or email him until he no longer took my calls. I then went to emails since he's not taking my calls.

Bad service
My daughter was hit by a car in 2018, I was assisted by DJ nkosi attorneys, my daughter's claim was paid on the 3/12/2023 to date she refuse to transfer the money. This has emotionally affected her and me. She is forcing me to take her trust. I told her that I will get my own Trust but she refuse. Car hit my daughter not hers, she was suppose to assist me but now she want to benefit from my daughter disability. To this date my daughter struggle because she have head injuries. Her number 082 4322153.

Bad service

VVM incompetency
I was intsucted by a client service rep from Mr Price to go to the branch to get my gift card of 353.18 since my account is overpaid. This was after I received a closed case file from VVM attorney that my account is closed on their side. I sent this letter to Mr Price. When I got to the branch, this lady was instructed by the manager to help me. After being on the phone with their client services for about 15 minutes, she told me that I should contact VVM attorneys. Despite me showing her the letter from VVM and an email from Mr Price to come to them for assistance, she was not keen to help me. All I want is my money, I no longer want anything to do with them.
