Very bad service, no feedback and when you confrent them about it they show there true colours
All contact details is removed from website and Rain services is down in the area i'm in. You can't complain about the service because there is no service to complain to.
I have ordered parts for my car's air-con as they told me that they have to order the part. Waited a month as they told me every time that the part didn't come yet, today i heard they never ordered the part and i already paid for the gas (R750) and the lady never took down 2 of my numbers. this is so bad i wouldn't even want my enemies to get this BAD treatment.

Hello Peter<br> <br> Can you please assist me on my compliant.<br> <br> My BIS for my Blackberry was disabled now for the 2nd time this month.<br> I phoned Vodacom customer service to query my BIS that's off as they first told me that i had a promotional BIS that is finished and i can do nothing about it (This is on contract). After i phoned a couple of times after that they told me that their system is down as i kept on trying for more than a week as they already told me that my BIS was deactivated by someone with no reason attached on the system. I requested to speak to the back office as the consultant was busy talking to them, as she came back to tell me that it was a system fault meanwhile I was informed before that a person from Vodacom disabled my BIS. I asked the consultant why she didn't let me speak to the back office so that they can explain why they keep on disabling my BIS now for as this is happening since January this year.
