Attorney complain

I have a pending case for Raf since 2012, my lawyer Musa Baloyi is not pushing my case at all, he keeps on sending me emails that he app**** for court case since 2018. I have been following up my case by myself each time I wanted to know progress of my case, the only money I received was for loss of income in 2018, but as for general damages it's an ongoing fight, I had a shoulder fracture and wrist fracture, in 2018 I had to do another operation at Life Groenkloof because my shoulder was giving me problems, I then after that send him my medical statement for the surgery/ operation that I did, and the surgeon who operated me contacts ND emails, for further info that he might need. All my medical records are with him from the first operation to the last one, until then I don't get any feedback I have to call or email him until he no longer took my calls. I then went to emails since he's not taking my calls.
