Very bad experience with JM Stationery JM Toners. Made payment for new toner 8 days ago. Arranged via e-mail to send my courrier, When courrier arrived they were send away, reason is they have send their courrier. Contacted many times, every time new excuse, 2nd they used the wrong address and blamed courrier guy. Now they prommised that courrier wil deliver today but nothing yet. We are not able to print quotes and are losing sales, Have asked for a refund but no reply on that yet.
