I ordered 2 hp cartridges. When delivered, the boxes were damaged and one was opened. This was their response-"Good day Please note when the parcel left it was not in that state It was damaged by the courier on its way to you those inks were bought from a reputable supplier and should be in working order Please try the inks to see if they work if they don’t we will exchange them for you." I refused to accept or try the damaged boxes. Asked for replacement or refund. No response from them. Previously they sent expired cartridges

Tried purchasing a toner from them, waited for more than a hour and twenty minutes for a quote to pay, then the person answering the phone has got a very sarcastic way about her. Don't waste your time. No service at all.

Very bad experience with JM Stationery JM Toners. Made payment for new toner 8 days ago. Arranged via e-mail to send my courrier, When courrier arrived they were send away, reason is they have send their courrier. Contacted many times, every time new excuse, 2nd they used the wrong address and blamed courrier guy. Now they prommised that courrier wil deliver today but nothing yet. We are not able to print quotes and are losing sales, Have asked for a refund but no reply on that yet.

Very bad experience with JM Stationery JM Toners. Made payment for new toner 8 days ago. No replies from anyone after buying 5 toners for R7k. Two of the toners are out of date and this was emailed to them 4 times. I have even phoned 3 times now and Buhle keeps telling me that she will reply on my mails. The first mail was send on 21.10.2022 and 3 mails after that date. Yesterday the blamed loadshedding for not answering my mails and today its someting else. If you order toners you get invoices within minutes and all mails are answerd, but you as a customer have to wait weeks before getting feedback on your queries, after you paid. Tipical. Wont use them again, regardless if they are cheaper that other suppliers.
