Terrible service
I ordered 2 hp cartridges. When delivered, the boxes were damaged and one was opened. This was their response-"Good day Please note when the parcel left it was not in that state It was damaged by the courier on its way to you those inks were bought from a reputable supplier and should be in working order Please try the inks to see if they work if they don’t we will exchange them for you." I refused to accept or try the damaged boxes. Asked for replacement or refund. No response from them. Previously they sent expired cartridges

Unsatisfactory and shoddy workmanship
We had a leaking roof. It is 2 months gone, they have been paid in full, and work still not satisfactorily completed. Roof still leaking and the sealant in the pond is bubbling. Everytime we call, they have been out 5 times already, they come for a few minutes and say we will be back next week and dont come. excuses about the weather. Really shoddy and unprofessional work. asked for guarantee , they say its on the drum-product, which we dont have.

NO SERVICE
im desperately trying for a week to do online purchase. unable to do so. When you go to checkout, it says "invalid delivery method" U just hold on and on and get cut off when you phone. The stores also dont answer the phone. What is going on!!!!!!!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN SPRINGS
PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN SPRINGS MALL. i went to mtn springs mall about 3 weeks ago to renew a contract and get a new contract for my son. they said it would take 24 hours to get approval. 3 days later i had to call to find out whats happening. they said my upgrade was approved ,but now they still have to approve the new contract- 24 hours because it cant be done at the same time. i was told that its approved and they waiting for the port from Vodacom.tried calling for 2 days last week,couldnt get through. on monday i eventually got through Michelle and they said their systems were down. It was approved, but will come back to me. still waiting.We are playing the waiting game, numerous telephone calls , trips to the mall. terrible, terrible , terrible service!!!!!!

unreliable internet service provider
i wouldnt even give a one star rating, it would be a minus. their service is terrible and unreliable. every now and again technical problems. internet down for hours at a time. they dont answer their phones.
