Terrible service

I ordered 2 hp cartridges. When delivered, the boxes were damaged and one was opened. This was their response-"Good day

Please note when the parcel left it was not in that state

It was damaged by the courier on its way to you those inks were bought from a reputable supplier and should be in working order

Please try the inks to see if they work if they don’t we will exchange them for you." I refused to accept or try the damaged boxes. Asked for replacement or refund. No response from them. Previously they sent expired cartridges
