No replies from anyone after buying 5 toners for R7k. Two of the toners are out of date and this was emailed to them 4 times. I have even phoned 3 times now and Buhle keeps telling me that she will reply on my mails. The first mail was send on 21.10.2022 and 3 mails after that date. Yesterday the blamed loadshedding for not answering my mails and today its someting else. If you order toners you get invoices within minutes and all mails are answerd, but you as a customer have to wait weeks before getting feedback on your queries, after you paid. Tipical. Wont use them again, regardless if they are cheaper that other suppliers.
Vodacom has upgraded my contract plan without my consent. They have given me 20GB of data for the past 3-4 months. I have complained about this and each and every time my account goes up from R1027, to R1348, to R1645 and i am been told it will be fixed next month. Finally, on Teusday morning i spoke with a guy who sounded like he was clued up and send me a ref nr, the money will be refunded within your account in 24hrs, he said, and we will credit your account. He also apologized. The next working i received an sms from the bank, saying money went off my account, thats right, not a refund but another debit order of R240 Vodacom. Know today 05.08.2022, i am being told i was charged for a migration fee to go back on my old contract. How can you be charged for something you have never agreed to, and now again be charged for getting it fixed LOL what a joke! i have phoned more than enough times, logged calls, received promises and ref nrs, and for what, just to be told, please hang on Sir we will transfer your call. I wish that the top management at Vodacom would experience what i have been through and tell me if they would react like i did and if they would take this nonsense. If there is anyone out there who still works at Vodacom and cares about their company please phone me
If you are reading this, please take all I am saying very seriously as I was one of the people who read all the reviews but kept on playing on this awfull site. This company is RIGGED!!! Tell me how a person can spend R7500 in 4 days on slots and not win a single pay out of a R100, this is a complete joke, and i am not laughing. They make sure that their machines collect and then only when they have had a good couple of rands taken from the people who play, then you might be lucky. I prommise you, you will end up crying like a baby when you start playing on this site. They will make sure they catch you out. Remember the old saying in gamble. The house ALWAYSSSSS WINS!!! I hope this site gets exposed in the future for the skelms they truly are!!
There does not seem to be the option of giving ZERO stars. Promises means nothing, even if you have it on writing. Two Words.....run away.....you have been warned!
