Complaints not being addressed

For the past 11 months, we have made several attempts to seek assistance from the trustee, but to no avail.

Currently, a harassment letter has been sent to the managing agents, JM Venter Properties, and it has been confirmed via email that our complaints will not be addressed. When I brought these matters to JM Venter’s attention, MD Mitchelle stated that they would not assist us. We feel as though we are being treated inhumanely. We have been following the rules and do not believe we should be subjected to this unfair treatment. We have followed all the proper channels to have our issues heard, yet we continue to receive no assistance. JM Venter and the Body Corporate are not providing any solutions; for example, we submitted a complaint about noisy and vibrating pipes eight weeks ago, but nothing has been done to resolve it. The noise is disturbing our sleep and affecting my daughter’s performance in school. Moreover, when entering and exiting my home, I have been verbally attacked and ridiculed by the tenants of unit 2 in front of my daughter. This situation is truly unacceptable.
