Ignorace and lack of transparency

We have been living in a complex which is associated with JM Venter and I am truly disgusted with the complete lack of account ability. We are owners, follow all rules and do pay our required fees, yet are treated with ignorance. I had to take further steps and yet the CSOS also recieves ignorance. Are we just cash ***s?
