Managing Agents.

Whilst residents (Generalisation) in Estates hate paying levies or conforming to the estate rules, they quickly blame their managing agent for *****ing their money when legal fees or interest become payable. JMVenter manage the estate I stay in and it’s run like clockwork. Queries attended to - quick, fast and in a hurry. Council issues like water, power or sewerage etc are handled pronto. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Always reachable. Hats off to them for a sterling job.
