Bad customer service.

I own a Landwind 5 that only has 20 000km on the clock, it has only done its second service now. The car is not selecting gears. My car is still under warranty. I have submitted my car to them on the 20/01/2023 we are almost in April. The only feedback i get is that they are waiting on China. They cannot even give me a curtacy car. I have my attorney attending to the case, but not even they get feedback. What is the purpose of having a contract or a warranty if the company of JMC cannot commit to the set contract. And on top of that, i pay my car every mont and my warranty plan will expire if they do not fix it. 😮‍💨💔😢
