Poor customer service
JMC Centurion has the most poorest customer service ever. We took our car there for the gearbox to be fixed. The gearbox is covered by the warranty and we even confirmed with the warranty holders on a call with the owner of the brunch at jmc Centurion with the warranty company on the call . JMC just fixed the car with out following the warranty instructions on the documents sent buy the warranty company. The calm was rejected and now we have to pay R20000 out of our pockets. They have no care for customer service at all.

Bad customer service.
I own a Landwind 5 that only has 20 000km on the clock, it has only done its second service now. The car is not selecting gears. My car is still under warranty. I have submitted my car to them on the 20/01/2023 we are almost in April. The only feedback i get is that they are waiting on China. They cannot even give me a curtacy car. I have my attorney attending to the case, but not even they get feedback. What is the purpose of having a contract or a warranty if the company of JMC cannot commit to the set contract. And on top of that, i pay my car every mont and my warranty plan will expire if they do not fix it. 😮💨💔😢

Bad customer service.

Worst Salesman Ever
First of all the salesman, Louis did not me give a service book on the day of purchase so I miss the first service on the bakkie, I have problems with the bakkie JMC Vigus5 since October 2020, I send emails and complain but no luck, using my own petrol going to Roodepoort to sort out my car he is not there, the worst salesman ever. But due to that, there are good people like Surè Oosthuizen, that went out of her way to assist me today, after Itold her that Im here to fight but she calm and try to sort out my issues, thanks

JMC poor aftersale service
In August 2020 I purchased a Landwind 5 from Jaingling Motors South Africa Dalpark Brakpan the Sales Person was Shawn Main on the 13th of August they delivered the vehicle to me in Standerton. On the 17th of August I contacted the sales person by whatsapp and informed him the left front door electric window button is not working, he informed me when I bring the car in to fit the towbar I must bring it in to them to be fixed. On the 31st of August when I fitted the towbar at Rhino Bar in Brakpan I took the car in to JMC for the left front window and was also asked by Shawn if there is any other defects which I need assistance on, I informed him that the left rear schock absorber is also in defect, he took the car around back to the workshop and returned within ten minutes only to find they only fitted the number plates, which is also not correct as they where suppossed to register the car in Standerton Mpumalanga as promissed. Shawn informed me that they will be ordering the needed parts that's now for the window button left front and the rear schocks. He also said as soon as a borrow car is available and the part are available he will let me know to bring in the car. On the 25th of Sept I contacted Shawn and requested feedback he informed me the parts will arrive in the week of the 28th of Sept. On the 20th of Oct I requested feedback again this time I was told the Workshop Manager will contact me. On the 21st of Oct I contacted Shawn again again was told the Workshop manager will cal me, so I requested the Manager's number and called him myself, the Manager Dirk then informed me that he will find out what is going on because nobody informed him of anything wrong on my car. He will phone me back with news, on the 23rd of Nov I contacted Shawn again and asked if he can find out what's going on he informed me he is not in the office I must phone Dirk. This is totally unacceptable service from JMC Dalpark up to date my car is still not fixed both front window swithces are not working the left rear schock absorber is not in good condition, I do not get any feedback from JMC Dalpark. Please assist.

Very very bad after sale service
I bought a brand new JMC Vigus 5 a few months ago from JMC East Rand. With a fitted Tonneau cover. I worked with Garth. He delivered the vehicle to me in Hectorspruit. We found a few faults. 2 bumps on the rear of the vehicle and a spray paint fault on the roof. HE then torn the tonneau cover. He promised to sort it out. I had to drive from Hectorspruit to their offices and I made arrangements with Garth to fetch the cover on Sunday. He first agreed and then later turned around and said he doesn’t work on Sundays. Even though he was the one who torn the cover. Garth then promised that he will deliver the cover to us in hectorspruit on the following Wednesday, but since Wednesday everyday we speak to him the delivery date is pushed on. When I phoned him he became very rude and told me I must come and get the cover myself and he put the phone down in my ear. They make promises they can’t keep. This is the second JMC I’m buying and both dealerships had very very bad after sale service. And with all this no attempt was made to fix the rest of the faults.

Very very bad after sale service
I bought a brand new JMC Vigus 5 a few months ago from JMC East Rand. With a fitted Tonneau cover. I worked with Garth. He delivered the vehicle to me in Hectorspruit. We found a few faults. 2 bumps on the rear of the vehicle and a spray paint fault on the roof. HE then torn the tonneau cover. He promised to sort it out. But after a few months and the first service none of the faults were repaired. I then took the cover in. Leaving a customer to blame " unethical"
The company I work for owns a JMC Carrying that I drive on a daily basis, I took the vehicle in for a service (30 000km) when I needed to present the service book I discovered that it wasn't in the vehicle, normally I check after services unfortunately on my stupidity I never received or checked if it was there thinking it would of been put back. So now when it went in for a service and to have the power steering repaired, to get a call saying that there is no record of our previous services nor records of the company and that the company I work for is liable for all cost. We have never received any copy of paperwork from them once the service was complete and because there isn't a service book in the vehicle now we have no actual proof needless to say that there is a box full of service books that other customers haven't been given. The vehicle is 10 months old and basically been for a service every 3 or so months. The previous time there was a problem too when they said that they can't pick up the vehicle but I mustn't worry it will be sorted out which clearly wasn't. When my company purchased the vehicle and I had collected the license plates about 7 days later only once I too it for the 3000km service was it discovered that they had given me the wrong license disk and plates basically 2 months later. The vehicle has been now at the dealer for a week ( since the 18th of July 2019 till now 25th July 2019) they have given us a new service book and I was witness to them stamping the new book with kilometers for the services since I wrote it all down in a book for personal record the, KM, Date, diesel still in tank and how KMs I've done so far on the tank. Now JMC SA is basically calling myself and the company liars and that they wash their hands on the matter and we the customer are fully liable for all costs and that our warranty is also nil and void due to disorganized paperwork and bookings. I just got the impression that someone hadn't done there job correctly and now the customer has to suffer which is seriously no right in so many ways. It's disappointing to receive service like this considering that myself who drives the vehicle daily is very impressed with the capabilities once loaded, compared to other brands with less of a load. I enjoy the vehicle it is just unpleasant to have to deal with a company that indirectly blames the customer for the entire issue when they played a huge role in the problem too.
