Worst Salesman Ever

First of all the salesman, Louis did not me give a service book on the day of purchase so I miss the first service on the bakkie, I have problems with the bakkie JMC Vigus5 since October 2020, I send emails and complain but no luck, using my own petrol going to Roodepoort to sort out my car he is not there, the worst salesman ever.
