25 Years ago I got married and cancelled my TV LIcense because my wife had a license and there was no need for a second lisence. We only had one TV and the need for two lisences were absolete. Today 25 years later I get a email from SABC that my TV lisence is in arrears, a lisence that was cancelled 25years back. Various emails sent to the collection agency no response form them or SABC.]
Three years back i've bought a new vehicle I've informed cartrack to please come and remove the device from my old vehicle and to put it into the new vehicle as the old vehicle will be in my yard for two weeks after I've sold it. Cartrack failed to do so they failed to reply to me numerous emails and calls, so I decided to stop the debit order as I cannot afford to pay for something I don't get. Since then Cartrack and this Nimble collection services is harassing me with threats and emails. They don't even suggest a solution to the problem by saying they'll install a device in my new car and the service can go on for the remainder of the period, they just from the day I cancelled the debit order until today 3 years later harras me,
During July/August 2020 I contacted cartrack to come and remove their device from my car and put it into a new car I bought, the old car was still with me for two weeks and I requested them to do this in this two weeks. Nobody form cartrack ever came back to me. I struggled with them for a very long time until such time I decided to stop paying cartrack and that's when I got a reaction from them when they didn't receive payment any more. So now two years later they gave me up at law firm for collection, I don't have any tracking device installed in my car and did not get any services from them for two years. They say I did not honnor the contract with them but they are the ones who failed to honnor their side of the contract. Even when the device was in my X-Trail I reported to them to put the device in revice mode as my car was at a mechanic to repair the engine. They cobtacted me one evening at past 12:00 to tell me there is tampering with the battery while the battery was removed three days prior to their call for the mechanics removed the engine. In other word their service to me was utterly poor close to non existent.
In August 2020 I purchased a Landwind 5 from Jaingling Motors South Africa Dalpark Brakpan the Sales Person was Shawn Main on the 13th of August they delivered the vehicle to me in Standerton. On the 17th of August I contacted the sales person by whatsapp and informed him the left front door electric window button is not working, he informed me when I bring the car in to fit the towbar I must bring it in to them to be fixed. On the 31st of August when I fitted the towbar at Rhino Bar in Brakpan I took the car in to JMC for the left front window and was also asked by Shawn if there is any other defects which I need assistance on, I informed him that the left rear schock absorber is also in defect, he took the car around back to the workshop and returned within ten minutes only to find they only fitted the number plates, which is also not correct as they where suppossed to register the car in Standerton Mpumalanga as promissed. Shawn informed me that they will be ordering the needed parts that's now for the window button left front and the rear schocks. He also said as soon as a borrow car is available and the part are available he will let me know to bring in the car. On the 25th of Sept I contacted Shawn and requested feedback he informed me the parts will arrive in the week of the 28th of Sept. On the 20th of Oct I requested feedback again this time I was told the Workshop Manager will contact me. On the 21st of Oct I contacted Shawn again again was told the Workshop manager will cal me, so I requested the Manager's number and called him myself, the Manager Dirk then informed me that he will find out what is going on because nobody informed him of anything wrong on my car. He will phone me back with news, on the 23rd of Nov I contacted Shawn again and asked if he can find out what's going on he informed me he is not in the office I must phone Dirk. This is totally unacceptable service from JMC Dalpark up to date my car is still not fixed both front window swithces are not working the left rear schock absorber is not in good condition, I do not get any feedback from JMC Dalpark. Please assist.
I bought a Telkom LTE router only to find out that we don't have signal in Standerton and that after the sales person told me that signal is available and i won't have problems when the router was installed it failed to connect to the Telkom server and when i contacted the call centre i was informed that Telkom does not have coverage in our area, because it was still in the cooling period i was allowed to cancel the contract and the router was collected by RAM and returned, Telkom however went ahead and deducted the monthly subscription plus extra to the amount of R 368.00 the subscription was supposed to be R199.00 since then i am struggling to be refunded the deducted the same amount for two months before it was stopped.
