Undelivered goods

I purchased 25m2 ,1025 Paving bricks from this company JMS Construction on 30 April 2019.They promised to deliver that very day at 16h00.They requested a payment before delivery could be effected,and only if the money reflects in their account could they make delivery,which is understandable.I made a EFT from my FNB to FNB Acc as per their Pro-forma invoice and banking details and as per Elouise Mulder/Van der Merwe.Due to numerous conversations with the said in trying to obtain my bricks on site all to no avail.Always the odd excuse for some or other reason.The first instance was that on the day of delivery the driver hit a pothole on his way to me,and that they had to go and assist.Then she was in hospital with her son,then her mother passed on etc etc.I still to today want to give her the benefit of the doubt,because coincidentally things as such do happen,but my patience has ran out now and i resorted to go the legal route.Its not about the money or bricks any longer,its about the moral responsibility as a company or individual to make good on promises and deliveries customers expect from suppliers.Henceforth this letter to inform the public out there to be weary of this company and Elouise Mulder/Van der Merwe.Let the law take its cause.
