Poor customer service

I dropped my car off on 28 October 2025, and this has been an absolute nightmare.

Despite constant follow-ups, I received nothing but excuses and false promises. I was repeatedly assured that my vehicle would be ready, with the latest commitment being 19 December 2025. After chasing them yet again on 18 December, I was suddenly told the car can only be fixed in the new year.

The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic communication is shocking. I made arrangements based on their promises, only to be misled time and time again.

I strongly do not recommend this panel beater to anyone who values transparency, professionalism, or their time.
