handed in a safe, forgot some documents in it and R140. They sealed everything in enveloped and handed it back to me. Not a cent was missing. Appreciate honesty. Always receive great service from them. Thank you gentlemen.

It is interesting that I have to select Security, because Joe Davis do not seem to offer any security in my experience. It allowed someone to claim sole executorship and convinced them to change the locks on a property. Despite being called and asked to stop, Joe Davis did not check any paperwork to ensure that they were told the truth. Since then, the property has fallen into disrepair, now looks abandoned, and has 50k bill at the municipality from the electricity being stolen by the 'caretakers'. In addition, a 4k musical instrument was also stolen after the locks were changed. The property was due to be handed to a neutral executor, but because Joe Davis believed the lies and did not check paperwork, an estate is now almost bankrupt. If Joe Davis had asked for paperwork, the locks would not have been changed. If it were possible to be given Minus stars, I would have chosen that option.
