Locking of Apartment without prior notice

JHC locked me out of my apartment without any prior notice. They changed the locks when no one was home. I got back to a locked apartment. This is so inhumane and I have nowhere to sleep. Guys!!! you need to attend to me ASAP. You do not lock doors when the tenant is not there, without prior notice, on a weekend. This is absolutely unacceptable.
