I reported a broken window that fell off from the 2nd floor 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. My furniture got rained on. I reported to Pulane and Peter nothing has been done 2 weeks later. I requested for a transfer since this has happened before no help whatsoever. These people will strip you off your dignity like their lives depend on it.

I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we have been experiencing in the complex (block P). I've noticed that EVERY WINTER we don’t have HOT water, which has been quite inconvenient. Additionally, I've observed that my electricity bills are significantly higher than usual because we must boil water, which has been a bit challenging to manage. How do you expect us to pay rent if we spend more than R15 000 on electricity?
