Since purchasing the bed, the mattress has already started sagging, which has made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I contacted the store several times but they are not helping, they referred me to the supplier they also did not help. They say there is a warrantee and guarantee but they do not care.
I am so disappointed in Italk and MTN, i paid for a new contract/month to month on the 17th and i was told that they will deliver within 2-3 day but i still have not received anything. i was was told that i need to follow up with DSV and they told me they only deliver on monday the 2bd of march. I made a payment for the February and March but how can i receive a router in march when paid for Feb aswell. Ref 1-61779465535
I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we have been experiencing in the complex (block P). I've noticed that EVERY WINTER we don’t have HOT water, which has been quite inconvenient. Additionally, I've observed that my electricity bills are significantly higher than usual because we must boil water, which has been a bit challenging to manage. How do you expect us to pay rent if we spend more than R15 000 on electricity?
