Since purchasing the bed, the mattress has already started sagging, which has made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I contacted the store several times but they are not helping, they referred me to the supplier they also did not help. They say there is a warrantee and guarantee but they do not care.
I am so disappointed in Italk and MTN, i paid for a new contract/month to month on the 17th and i was told that they will deliver within 2-3 day but i still have not received anything. i was was told that i need to follow up with DSV and they told me they only deliver on monday the 2bd of march. I made a payment for the February and March but how can i receive a router in march when paid for Feb aswell. Ref 1-61779465535
The worst experience ever, they promise to deliver within 2-4 working days but when i called to follow up they referred me to DHL. DHL could not help as well they promised to call me back but they never did. I think Revibe should be the one following up with the courier company not me as a customer. i ORDERD ON THE 4TH OF JANUARY 2026 BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. i AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL.
I I am contacting you regarding my order 9486509 placed on 30 November 2025 for the bed. The delivery did not occur by the agreed delivery date, and I have not received any reliable update or estimated delivery window. I have been calling the store they keep saying they will provide feedback, but nothing is happening. I had to leave work early yesterday because I got a call from the driver but he did not come and his phone is off. All I want is my money back so I can go buy at another shop. I called the ware house but still they cant give me time frame. Clearwater Sleep masters the service is very BAD.
We do not have water for the whole of July and electricity is expensive and no 1 is responding to our emails.
I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we have been experiencing in the complex (block P). I've noticed that EVERY WINTER we don’t have HOT water, which has been quite inconvenient. Additionally, I've observed that my electricity bills are significantly higher than usual because we must boil water, which has been a bit challenging to manage. How do you expect us to pay rent if we spend more than R15 000 on electricity?
