iTalk
Based on recent customer reviews, iTalk presents a sharply divided customer experience. A recurring theme among dissatisfied customers is misrepresentation during telesales calls, with mentions of contracts differing from what was verbally agreed, unwanted SIM-only or data contracts being processed, and difficulty reaching anyone to cancel within cooling-off periods. Billing disputes involving MTN and Cell C partnerships surface frequently. On the positive side, satisfied customers consistently mention friendly, patient consultants, smooth service delivery, and helpful resolution of cancellation requests when agents do engage.

Oh what was I doing taking a call from an italk agent offering me an MTN router and accepting it?! Now I'm stuck with a bill that is more than what we agreed of, I asked her will I be paying the agreed R329 month end and she said yes and now it's above that and there's a prorata that MTN doesn't want to hear anything from me about, they just want their money. Firstly, she said I'll Rica the Sim during delivery, first red flag, I had to inconvenience myself and look for an MTN branch to Rica the Sim then now the bill. I emailed italk and they haven't responded. MTN wants their money month end and the debit order will definitely bounce and ruin a credit score I worked so had for. All because Ontlametse Diokana wasn't trained on the principle of honesty in making a sale. They just chase sales.

iTalk tells promises you to arrange cellphone contracts then the force you to sign up for a voucher so that they can debit your account on a monthly basis. They give you this number just in case you want to cancel and this number 0873485411 does not work. Please someone from iTalk call me (0678070655) to cancel this nonsense of a product that you lie about.

Purchased a MTN contract via their website. Come delivery day and I receive 2 phones. I immediately contacted mtn who gave me various numbers to rectify the issue. After 2 days I go to a physical store only to be told i have 2 contracts that i will be billed for and they can't do anything about it, i reported this as ***** to Mtn and they informed me italk has to correct the mistake. I never agreed to this! I was only contacted to "verify" my bank account details. Someone at italk needs to contact me urgently regarding this *****.
