Disgusting Services
Disgusting services. MTN should urgently cancel their services with these *****ulent company. If you want issues go ahead and start an application with them. The call center staff even have a full blown conversation with other ****orkers while you are on the line.

25 Mar 2026, 14:08You guys still have not called or sorted this issue out. I can your rude unprofessional agents again and guess what (they said i got mad over vetting, how stupid) They lie about everything and even their names. Someone gave me their name Prince when to call back when i get to the store and when i get there and called I was told there is no one by the name Prince. I am just sick and tired of this Bull**** please cancel my order. I have reported all the agents and included their names directly to MTN and hopefully they can be dealt with.
