My review was removed because I refused to take R500 from Revibe to remove my review. I purchased A dell laptop about a month ago and it came with defective battery that could not charge and remains at 0% all the time. Whenever I restart the PC diagnostic message will pop up stating that Dell will not charge the battery as it is not recognised not accepted in dell devices for safety. I then wrote my review on Hello Peter and I was later contacted by Revibe to remove my Review and they offered me R500. I politely declined it stating that my review is a true reflection of my experience. Today my review was removed stating I did not follow Hello Peter guidelines while writing the review. I rewrote my review today and I will still not recommend Revibe to anyone.
Disgusting services. MTN should urgently cancel their services with these *****ulent company. If you want issues go ahead and start an application with them. The call center staff even have a full blown conversation with other ****orkers while you are on the line.
I app**** for a loan at Capfin , I approved my debicheck mandate but the status on the system didn’t change. I called my bank to ask if there was any pending mandates they advised me there’s non as they have done everything on their end and the debit is active. I've contacted Capfin via calls numerous times and the agents are telling me different stories and lies in between, the last one told me to wait for 7 days. I asked to cancel and I was told they cannot so now am forced to wait for their system glitch issue and still take the loan I don’t need anymore. I saw a couple of people complaining about the same issue which clearly shows that Capfin is failing to account for their system errors. I am disappointed in their service. I will only give them 24 hours to sort this or I will escalate this complaint with NCR and ultimately NFO.
I know sometimes we urgently need money, but don't opt for FinChoice. I made a payment arrangement with this company, and still, my account was reported to the bureau that I had missed a payment and even **** and added another month, which I have paid for that month. They say they have a payment break, but they still unfairly update clients' credit profiles. After that, they then started saying I do not qualify for credit on Mobi money, even after I settled it months ago, and I had a positive balance all along. The worst service provider, I tell you. Now they are refusing to close my Account.
