They gave me 3G MTN sim contract that doesn't have network coverage.. now MTN wants me to pay R150 for simswap to get 4G or 5G sim.. this is ****. Truly a ****! Since yesterday they aren't picking up my calls , MTN can't even cancel my contract... cool off is finishing up today and it's holiday iTalk still not picking up my call not sure if they work
ATM cash deposit is now 3 days not reflecting into my account Does this bank really understand the sensitivity about money? Money that was supposed to be use 3 days ago even today nobody is bothering to update us till us do follow ups Please fix my deposit urgently.
It could be a fault sending me statement that I can't open with my ID number, but so much unprofessional for Anela Chrystal Mntalo Client Care to only respond once and never cared again even still when I can't open the statement... Good day, I am writing to raise my complaint about rain wifi that I am being denied for cancelation of my subscription due to affordability. I tried several times canceling my subscription via RainGo, emailing and even telephonically, before it was even more than 2 months of missed payments. Right now its owing 4 months and keeping on adding more debt under my names because Rain doesn't want to cancel my subscription. Anybody to assist please 🙏 I will appreciate it. I just joined the bank, since the day one, Money App is not taking my facial recognition.. I switched my salaries and now I can't add recipients - can't send money - I can't use the app. I deleted it and now I can't log in completely coz of facial recognition. Tell us if you don't want us to use your bank, I keep asking myself that how do low sighted n total blind people use your services? Other banks like Tymebank, Capitec, Absa have sms verifications after facial fail ...

I made one payment to a beneficiary n the app I don't know how it processed 2 amounts same time.. Capitec can't recall my money back they say it's not a system fault .. Be warned with this bank, hence people are getting ****med in this bank.. literally the 2 consultants are even cutting my calls
It's now a full month calendar of Policy Cancellation Req sent to Avbob with no response nor resolution. Imagine during the death - sad time with this kind of insurance LOL
Imagine you want to switch salary to Tyme bank, now you can't login to the app because they have introduced face recognition, and you then call to get assistance with logging into the app, THE RESPONSE is that the case is logged for turnaround time is 26 May 2025 from now LOL. You could even hear the lady from customer service is not nursing LOL! Is Tyme bank sure they want us to switch salaries?
