Purchased a MTN contract via their website. Come delivery day and I receive 2 phones. I immediately contacted mtn who gave me various numbers to rectify the issue. After 2 days I go to a physical store only to be told i have 2 contracts that i will be billed for and they can't do anything about it, i reported this as ***** to Mtn and they informed me italk has to correct the mistake. I never agreed to this! I was only contacted to "verify" my bank account details. Someone at italk needs to contact me urgently regarding this *****.
Why was I charged for an order i canceled? I confirmed it was canceled, it was confirmed with me that it was canceled. I was planning on switching over to webafrica once I was able to canceled my current isp but now? Not a chance.
This is the second time I am posting about this company in the span of a year. I can't understand the level of hard-headedness to persistently call people who are clearly not interested. I DO NOT care that I was referred to this company, I am NOT interested in a gift. What I do want is for Platinum life to get a hint and stop calling me. I cannot spend half of my working hours declining calls and blocking numbers. This is completely ridiculous. Put my number on a do not call list, I never provided my number.
This referral/nomination system is downright annoying. I have blocked calls from Platinum Life multiple times yet every day I am bombarded with calls from different numbers. Is it not obvious that if your number is blocked you do not call again. I never gave my contact details, I did not consent for anyone to provide my details to you and I never agreed to be harassed for weeks on end. I will not do any business with this company. Ever. Stop calling me.
Utterly useless company. For a year now I've been sending emails and calling requesting my account statement and I have received absolutely nothing. FOR A YEAR. how the hell does a company expect me to pay a random amount every month, that is not how this works. I will not pay over 2k every month just because telkom says that's what my bill is. Last correspondence I had was someone in customer service telling me I'm not even a telkom client so what exactly is going on? Get your admin together. Pathetic.

After a year of threatening I'm canceling my plan with this company, I've have had it. We pay through the roof for premiums and have nothing but hassles. I will not be coming back to fedhealth and I will definitely not recommend this scheme to anyone.
I have been receiving numerous calls daily from Clientele, every number I block only to get a call from another number. I do not want to be contacted, I do not want to do business with this company. Remove me from your call list, I never agreed to be contacted. This is frustrating.
I have applied for telkom fibre on the 30th of July a d to date I am still not online. I have received no telkom username no password, nothing. A technician came and brought a router last week and that is it. Am I supposed to use it as a decoration? Apparently my issue has been escalated, days ago, but not one person has been in contact with me. This is an unacceptable level of service.
