Lies being spread about cellphone contracts
iTalk tells promises you to arrange cellphone contracts then the force you to sign up for a voucher so that they can debit your account on a monthly basis. They give you this number just in case you want to cancel and this number 0873485411 does not work. Please someone from iTalk call me (0678070655) to cancel this nonsense of a product that you lie about.

Bad service
I am not a Auto & General client but I’m not happy with the manner they treated my 3rd party claim, their client ran into the back of my car on the 22nd of October he advised me that his excess was R30000 which clearly shows that they don’t care about their clients nor put the client in the same financial position which they found them in which is sad, so I submitted all the documents they required from me, I took in my car to a reputable panel beater which is used by most of the top insurance companies in the country but Auto&General told me that the pay out they are going to give me is reasonable but they promise clients that they cover 5 Million in 3rd party claims… so I was so fed up with all back and forth I accepted the amount they offered so that I can fix my vehicle on my own, the payout was supposed to be paid out within 5-10 days as they said, it’s now the 10th of December 49 days later since the incident occurred im still the one who needs to call in as get feedback, yesterday I spoke to one of the consultants called Jeanique Solomons who assured me that the payout will be done within 24hrs which I doubt it’ll happen coz it’s the weekend, what frustrates me the most is that next week panelbeaters are closing for the holidays which means my car will only be fix in the new year.

Appreciation Note
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Ilene Beresford on her excellent customer service as always, she’s an asset to the company and it would really be a pity if she were to leave the company, even in her absence she continues to shine. Thank you very much for always being there.
