I have made a lay-buy in John craig ,Bochum branch and paid my laybuy then reaching home my boy's trouser and t-shirt were not fitting him properly(they are small and too tight on him).On Tuesday I took those clothes back to the store to ask for refund then the teller called a lady whom they said is their branch manager then I explained my challenge to her,she rep**** me with an attitudinal behavior saying she would order the sizes that I'm looking for,I then told her that I have already made some arrangements to get the clothes then I need that money to replace the one I asked for the arrangement made, she told me that they do not have money at present, then I said no problem I'll leave my details so that they'll refund me when having the money,to my surprise she picked a paper from the ground writing my name and contacts and told me to go until I hear from them,I wanted to give her the clothes, she said she can't take them ;what if their business burn down while owing me?I said but since well I'm bringing these back to the store it'll mean they are part of your property and will be counted with the stocktaking during the time of an accident, she said she won't entertain me she is following her business rules. My worry comes from her attitude and me having to possess goods that I'm not satisfied with, should I keep going there to enquire of my refund with the goods that I'm not satisfied with? What if she doesn't contact me since she didn't write a report in a file/diary wherein they file important cases concerning their business??Should I possess products that aren't fit for my needs, why can't she take them and pay later to show fair treatment 'cause those goods need to be displayed and be bought, how can a brand like john craig run in a negative balance to an extent of failing to refund it's client's dissatisfactory?
