Kenvu- Johnson and Johnson- Neutrogena scars your face!

2 months and no response! My entire life got jumbled after being ****** of my belongings. My emails etc all lost. I called this company to assist me after sending an email on December. Apparently their voucher system had a problem! Now when I call they have no record of me after their product left scars on my face! Neutrogena should be banned and this company should not bother with complaints as they do not care for their consumers. I was requested to take pictures of the products, then go handwrite the batch numbers on the boxes. After doing this still assistance. I will be posting in Facebook as well to show everyone what neutrogena did.
