JMH -Deception and Deceit from Accounts Department

Hi<br> <br> My Mum was admitted to Isipingo Hospital for surgery. On admission a 15% discount was agreed on accommodation and theatre fees.<br> <br> On receiving the account after discharge, the discount was not applied. I requested that the agreed discount be applied on three separate occasions. Trevino has avoided the issue, and each time indicated that the dsicount was applied, where in fact it was not.<br> <br> It seems that JMH has no business or work ethic and their staff are providing a sub standard, unprofessional and disgraceful service to their patients.<br> <br> I wonder how many other patients he has duped and deceived
