Disgraceful service from Standard Bank. I have an Achieva Account which entitles me to unlimited cash backs a Retailer POS. I withdrew cash at Checkers on the 04/11/2025. Standard Bank charged R90.25 for the withdrawal. The conduct of Standard Bank is sub-standard, unprofessional and disgraceful
**** competition at Engen to win a Hyundai Venue. Terms and condition state to swipe for R600 and gain entry to the competition. Filled twice with no entry. Customer care unable to assist. Competition is just a **** to gain more business
Vodacom Vodabucks is a just a money making scheme. I purchased a Debonairs voucher at 19h00 on the 19/01/2024. The voucher was only received via sms at 20h30. I purchased a second Debonairs voucher at 19h30. The sms with the voucher was received at 23h20.
A well stocked store with excellent customer service. The owner and staff are ever willing to assist with the customers individualized needs. Always willing to go the extra mile and provide advice on building projects and home diy. Extremely competitive prices. Always willing to assist to source any items that are not in stock. Unmatched service.
Without notifying me, Standard bank has started charging for SMS notifications on My Account form January 2024. From time immemorial, this service was always free. I received no correspondence advising that I will be charged for Sms notifications. It seems that Standard Bank wants to fleece customers thinking they will not notice these additional charges. The above conduct is grossly sub-standard unprofessional and disgraceful.
I upgraded 0827575362 , my data line online. Vodacom instead upgraded my main and calling no. 0828249544 , which is only due for an upgrade on 01/09/2024. I have tried to cancel the gross error committed by Vodacom, with no success. Come the 1st of Feb I will have no access to the network owing to the sub standard, uncouth, disgraceful and ********* conduct of Vodacom.
I upgraded my data contract no. 0827575362 online and received confirmation of the same. Vodacom however upgraded my calling no. 0828249544 instead. This no. 082 824 9544 is only eligible for an upgrade on the 14/09/2024. Why or how this number was upgraded is a mystery. I have called countless times explaning the gross error by Vodacom to their call centre, attempting to resolve the above with no success. I might as well cancel all my dealings with Vodacom owing to their poor service.
Received a call from a sales agent offering a replacement of my 200 sms to 1.2g of data on the 12/08/2023. *********ly told that my bill will be reduced by R20. Whereas the bill will actually increase by R153. When I brought this to the attention of the sales agent, he uncouthfully cut the call.
Placed an order 34876513 on Sixty 60 at 17h11 on the 13/12/2022. At 17h24, the app said shopping done. I called the call center at 18h00, to follow up as the app was stagnant on the status shopping done. Call centre advised of a technical issue with no further details. At 19h00, app still says shopping done. I am sure my freezer items would have thawed out by now. The help and submit issue function on the app is utterly useless
I requested a quote from Outsurance. The quote No.6826985 was much higher than my current policy. The salesperson than provided a reduced quote which was emailed to me. The quote however had drastically reduce cover compared to my current policy thus I declined the quote After ending the call, I was informed by a friend regarding the R 500 that Outsurance will pay should they be unable to beat the current cover. At no point during the call did the sales person mention this to me. Outsurance thus owes me R 500
