Last year November I made a laybye at Joley's shoes ,always their service sucks , i like their shoes though their service is like that , today i experienced the worst service ever in my life,i went at joley's to cancell the laybye on the 5/01/19 and they said to me they dont have money the business is slow i ddnt mind, i went back there again they looked at my slip and said the laybye must expire and i left , today i went there again they told me the same story they did of not having cash and i asked who is problem is that , they said it is not theirs as well , i must do whatever or leave the slip and come back later and they having attitude as if im the one who is at fault , if there is a head office where i can lodge a complaint please provide me with.
