Absolute cheats
I wish I had heeded the comments of those members below. These guys really use under handed tactics toetain as much of your deposit as possible. They list things that are not relevant and at high prices to cheat you out of your well earned monies. Guys do yourself a favour do not do business with this guys abosulte cheats.

22 Feb 2021, 15:46We act according to the law. Entrance and exit inspection reports are compared and if there are discrepancies we get a quote for the repairs and present it to the tenant. In this case the tenant also caused a blocked drain which had to be opened by a plumber. To accuse us as cheats is wrong.
