Digusting company. Will never recommend - STAY AWAY
Extremely bad service. Never received my deposit back, even a full year after being out of the property. No response form Jopie or their office whatsoever. Now on my name there are records saying I rented from them again until now and never paid?? I am utterly disgusted by this, I had written off the deposit because no one ever responded, but now my name is being used again by someone who doesn't pay?? I live nowhere near where this place I am supposedly renting and not paying. THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED. I am ready to get lawyers and whoever else involved. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Deposit money.
Jolian properties failed to refund my full amount of Deposits and also failed to do exit inspection, so when I asked them why I’m getting so much they said no the toilet seat condition is not good and I told them I found it like that when I move in,why don’t you asked your caretaker? which means it was their plan not to bring someone for exit inspection they are ****mers.

After months of cancelling our lease we are still waiting for a response for the deposit from the letting agent Jopie Le Roux. No feedback on emails, calls or whatsapp. We left the unit we rented in a far better state than when we moved in. This is theft and I wouldn't recommend using them for rentals and property sales.

*********** JOLIAN PROPERTIES.
Jolian properties as per the below complaints I must agree.. A bunch of *********** ****** with no accountability what so ever.... I am now a week without electricity and the Agent is not lifting a finger to assist.. Him and the owner are living their best lives in Joburg and Cape Town... Everyday is a different excuse, to top them all today.. They told me the Mayor needs to sign off so my electricity can be reconnected... The Mayor? A WHOLE MAYOR? inside of this week my food in the fridge is rotten, I can't have a decent shower /, warm bath... Never mind cooking or even other daily things that require electricity... They are not bothered at all... Mind you I am the only apartment in the complex without electricity, last time it was water for 4 days... I am even suspecting that these guys are not paying the Municipality while I am paying them.... Good luck trying to contact them, they will ignore your calls and messages and keep telling you the issue will be resolved tomorrow..

Terrible Exit Inspection
After having an exit inspection and being told all is good, got an invoice for almost R2000, for things that were apparently broken, we did not leave in this state. Feel we were done a misdeed on moving out and will not be using Jolian Properties again.

I was advised that this property reference number 103836251 was taken months ago and yet it is still on all property sites saying available and when you enquire about this unit the agent falsely advises its taken "MONTHS" ago, my question is then why has it not been removed? On top of this, the agent has me view a completely different place and when I say its the wrong place I get an "ok" and then I ask the agent why is it still on the property sites the agent completely ignores and tries to change the topic, this is not good business. I wish for this agent to have no further communication with me as its now the second time my experience with this agent is terrible.

Absolute cheats
I wish I had heeded the comments of those members below. These guys really use under handed tactics toetain as much of your deposit as possible. They list things that are not relevant and at high prices to cheat you out of your well earned monies. Guys do yourself a favour do not do business with this guys abosulte cheats.

Avoid!!!
I paid full rental and they wanted the keys before the end of the month. Very rude woman named Maria Havenga sent me threats that if she doesnt get the keys that Sunday she will break my locks and deduct from my deposit. The end of the month was that Tuesday. She is very unprofessional even with "15 years"experience. Will avoid them in the future.
