Deposit money.
Jolian properties failed to refund my full amount of Deposits and also failed to do exit inspection, so when I asked them why I’m getting so much they said no the toilet seat condition is not good and I told them I found it like that when I move in,why don’t you asked your caretaker? which means it was their plan not to bring someone for exit inspection they are ****mers.

Traffic fine that I paid
I got an accident on the 8th of Dec 2023 then my car insurance rented a car at first car rental on the following week for 15 days then I got a traffic fine of R400 I called them to give me an account number so that they can pay on their side and they didn’t when I asked them why it not paid they told me stories of they took that money and open the file of which I was not told about that.
