Charge incorrectly and refuse to rectify the problem. Also not responding to emails. Stay Away from them! Biggest scammers
DPD Laser, I have a parcel that came from the UK and I havent received it yet. They requested commercial invoices and Clearing instructions which was completed and returned the same day. They never got back to me regarding my parcel and whenever I phone in there is no-one that can help me. Lavelle was allocated to my parcel and there is no way of reaching her to find out whats happening and when I can expect my parcel. Its poor service and will definitely not advise anyone to make use of them.
Morne was looking for a unit that suit our needs and he got me the perfect unit. Everything went smoothly and we are happy with the service.
I paid full rental and they wanted the keys before the end of the month. Very rude woman named Maria Havenga sent me threats that if she doesnt get the keys that Sunday she will break my locks and deduct from my deposit. The end of the month was that Tuesday. She is very unprofessional even with "15 years"experience. Will avoid them in the future.

We bought our own router and was set up with our previous provider. So we moved and took over a currently installed fibre line but we been requesting that we want to use our own Router. They refuse to install a separate router as the router currently connected is a Nokia with a built in ONT. I WANT TO USE MY OWN ROUTER I PAID FOR!!! Vodacom advertised that we can use a router of our choice but clearly its not. False Advertising!!
ON FRIDAY THE 27/10/2017 I WENT INTO THE BANK TO STOP A DEBIT ORDER. THEY GAVE ME A LETTER OF DISPUTE DEBIT ORDER INSTRUCTION WHERE THEY STOPPED IT. REASON FOR DISPUTE: NO AUTHORITY TO DEBIT. GUESS WHAT, THE MORNING OF 31ST OCTOBER 2017 THE DEBIT ORDER FOR TELKOM WENT OFF. STILL WITH NO AUTHORITY. I PHONED IN AND THE LADY WASNT VERY HELPFULL SO I SUGGESTED THAT IT WOULD BE BEST IF I GO TO ANOTHER BANK AND SHE WAS VERY MUCH AGREEING THAT I SHOULD. WHY DONT THE CONSUMER HAVE THE RIGHT OVER THEIR MONIES ANYMORE?
I requested to cancel my contract as where we stay there's barely LTE coverage so its useless having a lte wifi contract if its not working. We reported the fault and after 4 months the ticket was still not attended to. So I cancelled, I sent all documents to request the cancellation. No response whatsoever. I phoned numerous times, got like 6 unattended reference numbers open till today. The whole September I was fighting. October I decided I will go to twitter and got some help there. So I received an email on the 19th of October that my contract will be cancelled if I paid the cancellation fee of R1300.00. I paid that and yet they debited my account with the full amount after I stopped the debit order from my bank. Telkom simply just changed the reference number and then deducted the money from my account. How can we stop Telkom from stealing from us?
