Joom - online shopping

I recently bought three items on Joom-web, a smart watch, a F1 Hoodie and LED Halloween mask. I received the led mask and the F1 hoodie, however when I was notified to collect my smart watch from the local post office I only found a empty box and a charger inside the package, there was no smart watch. There was also no visible signs that the package has been tampered with. I then made contact with Joom customer service and I was told that the store does not have a return and refund policy. I was advised to report the matter at my local police station, they can't help me....so 930 bucks gone...
